|  | Pam Morris Founder (Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diploma of Computing, Diploma of Education, CSMS). Ms Morris founded Total Metrics in 1994 after extensive experience in the software development field, specialising in software process improvement and software metrics since 1989. Her inspiration for bringing measures, rigor and process to software development came from her 10 years of working in Medical Research prior to qualifying in computing. |

| Ewa Wasylkowski Senior Consultant (Bachelor of Computer Science, Diploma of Education). Ms Wasylkowski joined Total Metrics in 1995 with 10 years' of IT experience. Ewa works as a Metrics Expert and applies her knowledge gained from a wide variety of roles; as a developer, business analyst, project manager, educator and consultant. |
|  | Rocco Muller Senior Consultant (Bachelor of Engineering, Masters Degree in Engineering). Mr Muller joined Total Metrics in 1995 bringing his knowledge of Measurement and over 20 years' experience in systems analysis and software development. |
