Ms Morris Founded Total Metrics in 1994 after extensive experience in the software development field, specialising in software process improvement and software metrics since 1989. Her inspiration for bringing measures, rigor and process to software development came from her 10 years of working in Medical Research prior to qualifying in computing. |

| Ewa Wasylkowski Senior Consultant (Bachelor of Computer Science, Diploma of Education). Joined Total Metrics in 1995 and already with 10 years in IT career. Ewa works as a Metrics Expert and applies her knowledge gained from a wide variety of roles; as a developer, business analyst, project manager, educator and consultant. |
|  | Rob Favata Senior Consultant graduated from Swinburne Institute with a Bachelor Degree of Business Data Processing in 1985. Rob joined Total Metrics in 1995 and works in all aspects of software development specialising in Software Metrics. |
