Ewa joined Total Metrics in 1995 and brought with her 16 years' experience in the Information Technology industry, 5 of which were spent specifically in the field of quality management and software measurement. In her 9 years with Total Metrics, she has concentrated her activities in the areas of software metrics consulting and training, process improvement, contract performance measurement and benchmarking. She has worked on most of our major accounts, bringing her unique ability to quickly identify client needs and develop practical metrics based solutions, aligned to the organization’s key business objectives. Her strong commitment to the role of metrics as an essential component of performance measurement and quality improvement initiatives, has been reflected in work undertaken for clients and in her work with professional associations.

Ewa has consulted to a wide range of organisations in Australia, New Zealand, UK and Japan including, IBM (Aust), EDS (Aust & NZ), Telstra, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank, Suncorp Metway, Equinox (NZ), Unisys (NZ), DST International (AUST & UK), KKE (Japan), CitiGroup (Japan), SATYAM, Vic Police, Vic Roads and various other Vic Govt Departments, and the Australian Valuation Office. Ewa has performed the role of Scope Manager on a number of Vic Govt southernSCOPE projects.

Her strong commitment to international standards for software measurement and process improvement is demonstrated by her voluntary work in the review of the ISO standards for the Measurement Process (ISO/IEC15939) and participation as a member of the IFPUG Counting Practice Committee (USA) and the Australian Software Metrics Association. She is a Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS), having been officially accredited to Release 4 of IFPUG standards since 1996.
