We work with your key management personnel to establish these Key Result Areas and then map the Key Performance Indicators which will monitor the performance of each of the key areas.

OUTCOMES

The outcome of the workshop is a complete Metrics Implementation Report documenting your organisation’s IT objectives, Key Result Areas, Key Performance Indicators and the metrics set and implementation plan necessary to support the proposed performance improvement initiatives.
